About
I am a graphic designer and consultant who has created logos and identity for business, institutional and individual clients. I’ve worked in a variety of media — branding and logos, print and collateral, advertising and marketing, signage and showrooms, and the web.
Some highlights reflect the diversity of the work: establishing the branding and identity of SalesGlobe, designing a national traveling exhibit for Nike Shoes, and creating the brand for a Jackson Hole vacation home company from the ground up. Additional high points include the design of a showroom for a major carpet company, and the design lead on the team creating the signage program for the 1996 Olympic Transportation System, and the temporary signage system for Atlanta’s rail and bus system for the same games.
I have worked in agency teams and as an independent as Riley Lawhorn Design since 1999.
I believe the philosophy that good design is about understanding the problem, seeing opportunities, blending unique story, and developing meaningful solutions with a unique view. Good design should help idea build integrity with the client’s audience.
Of course none of this helps to keep a tee shot in the fairway.

Working Together
Kindly reach out to me and let's get to know each other.
We can discuss your vision whether it is a new design, a redesign, or taking your visual brand a step forward.
The more we share with each other, the better understanding we will have of how to proceed. The best work is always done when there is a clear understanding of what we expect to achieve.
I work with clients both here in the Atlanta area and within the United States, and I welcome working with those abroad.
